Jim & I thought the instruction was excellent..easy to understand, very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable instructors, felt comfortable even though we were beginners compared to most of the participants. I realized that I need a gun with an easier to "rack" feature and will explore options. So watch out after I do as I'm sure I'll be Annie Oakley then!:-)

The Self Defense training is an excellent course. Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in communicating class material clearly in an easy to understand manner with good visual aides and demonstration. I really liked the individual attention when needed to ensure I had right form. Instructors are so encouraging and are passionate about making sure you learn the basics well while enjoying the whole experience. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to be confident in their ability to defend themselves.
